The Experience Lab
Think of it as group therapy for your business. We assemble a dozen business owners and senior executives for a day. People who are itching to make a change … to revolutionize their business …to trounce their competition by creating a vastly better customer experience.
Then we get busy.
We ask each other: "What's wrong with my customer experience?" "What's right with it?" "How does it compare to yours?" "What can my medical device company learn from your retail chain?"
Over the course of a day, we burn through Post-It pads, fresh-ground coffees and countless whiteboard markers. Our space is stocked with tactile tools, such as white boards, flip charts, Play-Doh™ and lots of toys. We also have all the gadgets you might need - including digital projectors, DVD/VCR players, Wi-Fi Internet and satellite radio. And our kitchen is stocked with food for thought, including organic juices, microbrew sodas and tasty snacks that keep the ideas flowing. We surround you with innovative new products that become an inspirational part of your experience.
We help you explore your problems, and map out concepts, processes, and strategies. Together we brainstorm new experiences and opportunities. At the end of the day, we make a pact to try things out, check back in, and keep each other accountable.
The Experience Lab is intense. It's all about the rapid development of ideas, the freedom to explore the absurd and the non-obvious. Enrollment is limited to business managers and executives who have responsibility for implementing change – no proxies please!

Our Experience Lab is also available for private company planning sessions. You get the benefit of having your whole team at our creative center for one or two day sessions. You also get the benefit of having our team of life long learners available to inspire, disrupt stagnation, and share their individual experiences.
When you leave you will have numerous tangible ideas you can implement that can impact your customer's experience. And if you need further help integrating we can assemble a plan for you and help you implement some or all of the ideas.
